Stanfield is a small specialty service business devoted to working on a very personal level with you, the small business owner, contractor, or self-employed little guy who is out there trying your best to do what you're good at and needing all the help you can get!

At Stanfield, unlike the average accounting firms most small business owners often have do their paperwork drudgery, we promise you won't find a single stuffed shirt anywhere in sight! Here we speak your language, we're much more casual, more flexible, and actually take a very personal interest not only in your business and the day to day needs of it, but also in you and/or the people involved in it.
And because like you we live in the real world and so without a doubt understand your challenges, your limitations, and most of all why you do (or don't do) the things that you do. In fact we've pretty much seen and heard it all so you won't find any judgments here - and that's a promise!
What we do
Working with Stanfield you'll find we always do our best to provide to you most all of the benefits you would have from a personal office of your own but without the resulting hassles or overhead. Essentially working with us is like having your own on call personal assistant and any task that would normally fall to the typical office staff member can generally be provided for you, most often when you need it.
At Stanfield we offer such services as general personal & business bookkeeping, payroll services, government & WCB remittances and all other related duties up to the accounting stage. We also provide data and word processing, email management, copying, fax services, and any other general office support you may need. In addition to all this we are also here to act as a sounding board, we give you feedback, keep you informed, and even offer personal coaching and support to help you deal with problem areas.
In short, if you don't see it in these pages, ask, because chances are we can do it for you!

We don’t believe in the concepts of good enough, short-cutting, or other such industry standards. We do not offer “package deals” or monthly rates, and we will never advise you on something that is not absolutely essential to you or your business. We bill only for work we actually do, and best of all we can also work within almost any budget!
In addition, since we also believe our success depends on our ability to be there for you, your service is always provided one on one with our full attention. With us your calls are always answered or immediately returned and you will never be put off to someone who cannot help you. And - because we know small business doesn’t always fall into a regular 9 to 5 work day we also offer weekend, after hours service, and 24/7 contact & availability as needed at no extra charge!
