Stanfield is a small, attraction based business devoted to working with other small businesses, contractors, and self-employed individuals who are forward moving and success oriented. Our clients encompass a variety of different backgrounds, business styles, and experience levels. They are hard working, entrepreneurial minded, and proud of it!

We have chosen to be attraction based because we do not believe in the “hard sell” approach. Instead we believe in people helping people and that our purpose is to support not to sell. Our clients know this, and as a result our business is built mainly by word of mouth and client promotion. So much so that we’re willing to bet that the reason you came to this site was because someone referred you!
What also makes us different is the way we do business. At Stanfield we understand that each and every business is as uniquely run and as individual as the client who created it. And as each and every client is exceptional in their own way, so are the services we provide for them. Everything we do is defined by the exact needs of our clients and our attention to detail, standard of service, and level of commitment is second to none.
What we do
As a Stanfield client we strive to provide to you almost all of the benefits you would have from a personal office of your own. In fact we love our clients to think of our office as their office! Essentially, working with us is like having your own personal assistant on call, any task that would normally fall to an office staff member can generally be provided for you. We offer such services as general bookkeeping, payroll services, and other related duties all up to the accounting stage. We also provide data and word processing, email management, copying, fax services, and any other administrative support you may need. In addition to this we are also here to act as a sounding board. We give you feedback, keep you informed, and even offer personal coaching and support to help you deal with problem areas.
